Think Activity 2

What aspects will you consider when evaluating mobile Apps?

- Content
--> Cognitive load (improper learning design)

- Functionality
--> Compatible
--> User-friendly
--> Manageability
--> Scalability (develop sufficient functions to suit the need of a subject)

Comments

  1. I agree with your answers above. It is very nice of you to explain what Scalability is --- Develop sufficient functions to suit the need of a subject, otherwise, I really can't understand. If possible, you can add one sentence of explanation after each word so as your answer would be more detailed and easy to understand~

  3. Your presentation describe the similarity and the differences in detail between Duolingo and Learn English Vocabulary - 6,000 Words. From what has been mentioned, I'm more interested in Learning English Vocabulary-6000 words, because the user interface is more attractive.

  4. Thanks for introducing us two useful English vocabulary learning apps and I may use it afterwards. In your video the similarity and differences are identified clearly. Also it's cool to see your group listed the evaluation of these two apps and I totally agree with this points though maybe there can be other factors to evaluate this app, not only limited to these factors above, anyway the factors you listed are quite important.

  5. I appreciate that your group can produce this group presentation with narration by different group member in a limited time. Your slides and narrations are informative. I can get some ideas between this 2 apps by your analysis on both the speech and text. However, if you can provide some screen shot of the apps layout, I would have better understanding.

  6. The two apps are good for learning English. The PPT introduces two apps and illustrates the similarities and differences. The table in it makes the content very easy to catch.

  7. You put the Powerpoint with voices and this is the great point.But it would be better if you add the subtitles.
    What's more, in the think activity 2, there must have more content when we considering Apps.

  8. Thanks for introducing ‘Duolingo’ and ‘6000 Words’ which help learning English. The comparison of both similarities and differences are done so that learners can choose the one that suit them the most. It will be better if some interfaces are captured with explanation in the PowerPoint.
